Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships within the community. Engage prospects, guide them through product options, and close sales with a customer-centric approach. Collaborate with sales teams and utilize available supports (leads, mentoring, training) to achieve targets. Pay and Benefits
Base salary typically $55,000 - $65,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Typical total first-year compensation ranges from $55,000 - $75,000; top performers can earn $100,000+ in the first year. Benefits from day one, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off, among others. Paid training (including licensing training) and mentorships for career development. Sales support and commission eligibility for leads, even when other team members close deals. Location and Availability
Role requires residence in Texas, with eligible cities including El Paso, Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, Abilene, San Angelo, Big Spring, or Del Rio. Role involves in-office requirements and local travel as needed. Qualifications
Preferred Experience: Prior sales experience converting prospects into customers. License: State insurance license in Property & Casualty and Life, or willingness to earn one with training and support. Required Skills: Effective written and oral communication, persuasive negotiation, strong interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines; ability to find, build and grow leads and customer base.
