We’re hiring a
System Administrator
to serve as a
dedicated onsite resource
for key financial services clients across Manhattan. This isn’t basic desktop support—it’s a high-visibility role blending white-glove end-user support with meaningful exposure to infrastructure, networking, and cloud projects. You’ll act as both hands-on engineer and trusted advisor, supporting C-level stakeholders while helping design, maintain, and improve secure IT environments. Key Responsibilities
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and Windows-based servers Advanced administration of
Microsoft 365
and related services Support and maintain
client networks , including server environments Install and manage endpoint security tools; enforce compliance policies Advise stakeholders, including executives, with a consultative approach Participate in infrastructure projects (server/app installs, Azure migrations) Document work clearly and recommend process/service improvements What We’re Looking For
4+ years of IT support in
MSP or client-facing engineering roles Strong skills in
Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking Confidence working directly with end users, including executives Experience in regulated industries (finance a plus) Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) welcome but not required Independent, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-moving environments Travel reimbursements for client site visits Partial WFH flexibility (1 day remote per week) Ongoing training & certification support Collaborative, international team with growth opportunities Seniority level
