We’re seeking a

System Administrator / Project + Escalation Engineer

to join our internal strike team. This hybrid role blends advanced support with hands‑on project work, roughly 50% escalations and 50% implementations. You’ll be the go‑to technical resource for complex issues while leading key infrastructure and cloud initiatives across Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Verge.io environments.

What You’ll Do:

Balance project delivery and escalated support for SMB clients

Design and deploy Azure infrastructure and manage Microsoft 365 environments

Administer Windows Server (2016–2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs

Implement security policies and maintain compliance standards

Support and troubleshoot servers, storage, and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, Verge.io)

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize infrastructure and ensure reliability

Research and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or Microsoft Cloud Administrator

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365

Familiarity with VMware, Hyper‑V, and backup/disaster recovery solutions

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

A passion for learning new technologies and solving complex challenges

What We Offer:

$90,000–$100,000 annual salary
