This role is largely remote with occasional meetings in Menomonee Falls and Neenah, Wisconsin. You will be required to travel to all Froedtert ThedaCare sites as needed. Job Summary:
Performs legal assignments related to system contracts, working closely with the Associate General Counsel - Contracting. Manages complex legal projects, analyzes information, drafts documents, and oversees the negotiation, renewal, termination, implementation, and maintenance of system contracts. Provides review, interpretation, and explanation of contractual language and policies. Uses discretion and independent judgment in contract analysis, review, negotiation support, database management, and contract monitoring. Provides contract analysis support and makes independent, sound decisions on contracting matters. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, with a working knowledge of applicable contract laws. 8-10 years preferred. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, information management, business administration, finance, or related field. Relevant certifications focused on contracts may be considered. Skills:
Strong analytical and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact proactively with all levels of staff and others to achieve positive outcomes. Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with flexibility and initiative. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Perks & Benefits:
