Complete information for each student tested, administer the appropriate test, and complete numerical scoring for parts of the test Travel to various school sites daily to conduct testing in accordance with state and federal timelines Prepare testing materials and perform initial scoring and review with the Assessment Manager Administer required assessments to 10th–12th grade students at various sites Conduct one-on-one testing with laptops/video conferencing as needed Verify student IDs, review test instructions, timings, and materials Ensure a secure testing environment and monitor exam administration Stay current with assessment policies and changes Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth exam administration Report exam discrepancies promptly and coordinate with technical support as needed Assist with data maintenance in Five Keys SIS, TOPSPro, and project management systems Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Knowledge And Skills

Comfortable using computers Experience in customer support Proficiency with Zoom, MS Office, Google Workspace, and databases Education And Work Experience

High School Diploma required BA degree preferred or equivalent experience Spanish fluency preferred Physical Requirements

Must wear provided PPE when required Frequent talking and listening Long periods of walking, sitting at a desk or computer Lifting up to 25 lbs; bending, reaching, and stooping in daily tasks Additional Requirements

Satisfactory Live Scan background check Jail clearance for positions in county facilities Proof of clear TB results (dated within 60 days prior to hire) Work Environment
