Litigate patent disputes from pleadings through trial and appeal. Draft motions, manage discovery, prepare witnesses, and support hearings. Contribute to knowledge management and practice development initiatives. Qualifications
1–3 years of intellectual property litigation (patent focus preferred). Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science strongly preferred. Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. JD required; admission to a state bar and eligibility to practice in New York.
