Senior Oracle HCM Systems Analyst
to support its Corporate Payroll operations. This role focuses on ensuring the functionality and integrity of
Oracle Cloud HCM
systems, with a strong emphasis on payroll, time and labor, and tax-related processes. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to enhance and support system processes and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
6+ years
of experience in Human Resources, HR Technology, Payroll, or Time & Labor systems.
2+ years
of hands-on experience with
Oracle HCM Cloud
– Time & Labor module.
Minimum
1 year
working directly with payroll tax elements and tax calculations.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation Range:
$84,000 – $115,000 per year
