Job Title: Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support Job ID # Fast Path [18976] Duration: 1+ Years (Possible Extension) Location: Bannockburn, IL-60015 (Onsite) Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets. Configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Possess remote take-over skills (a plus). Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients. Have break/fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments. Possess experience in deskside support, remote/CTS support, SCCM, Windows, incident management, IMAC, VDI, SW/break/fix, and the ability to solve tickets remotely while working with SCCD. Document procedures well and be organized.
