Financial Analyst (FP&A) at The Pharmacy Hub. The role supports data-informed decision-making and enhances financial performance by providing actionable insights and analysis across the organization.
Location: Davie, FL. This is a 100% on-site position. The Pharmacy Hub delivers pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and healthcare products to patients through partnerships with pharmaceutical brands, manufacturers, health brands, telemedicine providers, and healthcare companies.
Job Title Financial Analyst (FP&A)
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses for management review.
Partner with Operations, IT, and Finance to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
Support the annual budget and reforecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in financial reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple departments.
High attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
