Role Overview We are seeking a driven and analytical FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, performance tracking, and value creation across our portfolio companies. The Analyst will partner directly with operating teams, finance leads, and investment professionals to build budgets, analyze results, and improve decision‑making through data and insight.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain consolidated reporting across portfolio companies.
Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identifying trends and drivers of performance.
Build dashboards and KPIs to track financial health and operational metrics.
Support portfolio review materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
Partner with operating teams to model revenue, cost, and margin dynamics.
Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models to support decision‑making.
Identify margin expansion and cost‑optimization opportunities.
Support pricing, procurement, and capital allocation analyses.
Build scalable financial models to inform key strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with the investment team on pre‑acquisition financial reviews.
Integrate new acquisitions into the portfolio reporting framework.
Support development of post‑close tracking and KPI alignment.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail‑oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CPA/CFA a plus.
