As a CBRE Property Management Associate, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This role is part of the Property Management function, responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. Responsibilities
Work with General and Property Managers to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers. Verify the database of management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date. Process, review and code vendor invoices. Prepare tenant/vendor ancillary billings. May support the contract and/or purchase order execution process. Responsible for review of data integrity across systems. Ensure compliance with company policy, real estate law, and state and federal guidelines. Facilitates communication of standard processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations. Train new team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance. May participate in Property Management internal audit process. Work with senior management to improve operational compliance. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Why CBRE

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
