Senior
Cost
Analyst , you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data that affects manufacturing inventory inputs and assembling data into cost-of-goods-sold reports. What You’ll Do: Cost Analysis & Reporting
Compile and analyze manufacturing and operational reports for costs, variances, and trends. Compare standard material and labor costs to actuals; investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Post standard cost of goods for month-end close and prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) reports.
Inventory Management
Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliations, and transaction audits. Assist with year-end physical inventory audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, procurement, and finance teams to align cost strategies and support business decisions. Provide insights into cost drivers and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
Support other projects/initiatives as assigned.
What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred). 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, operations, or related fields. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
