The Licensed Community Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of the assigned communities. The successful Community Association Manager interacts effectively with internal and external customers, including homeowners, vendors, board members, and onsite staff, as well as the Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and branch office teams. Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement, Florida Statutes, and the Association's policies and procedures. Serve as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. Attend evening Board meetings and community events. Ensure Board members are informed of legal actions involving the Association. Monitor client delinquency and oversee collections processes. Maintain unit and contract files related to the Association's operations. Prepare Board packages within established time frames. Oversee the Covenant Enforcement process. Conduct regular site inspections. Obtain vendor proposals. Provide timely communication. Review financial reports. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License. 1-3 years of experience managing HOA's/Condos. Professional customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and prioritization skills. On-call availability for emergencies, including evenings and weekends. We are an equal opportunity employer.
