What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Contact borrowers and track receipt of annual financial information, analyzing financial statements to assess borrower performance - Complete and review bank commercial loans, conducting risk rating analysis and ensuring documentation accuracy - Research industry-specific information to assist loan officers and present loan reviews to the committee - Prepare credit risk reviews for annual audits and maintain compliance with banking laws and regulations - Lead special projects and mentor less experienced colleagues in credit analysis
What is Required (Qualifications): - 0 to 2 years of banking or financial services experience - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience in financial analysis or credit analysis is preferred - 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or credit analysis for Level 2 position; 7-10 years for Level 3
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience leading teams or mentoring others - Familiarity with financial services or banking - Knowledge of EasyLender, Cleartouch, OnBase, and CreditQuest software - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Experience in underwriting commercial loan requests
