We are seeking a
Senior Accountant
to join our Accounting Policy team. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop, update, and communicate accounting policies. You will research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance, support SEC reporting, and ensure policies are consistently implemented across our expanding business. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to finance management and complex accounting matters. What You’ll Do
Develop and document accounting policies, incorporating stakeholder feedback. Perform U.S. GAAP research and document any non‑GAAP deviations. Maintain and update the accounting policy manual. Provide guidance to teams across business lines to align practices. Coordinate with technical accounting to ensure ERP chart of accounts align with FCCS. Support quarterly topside adjustments for SEC reporting. Create rollout plans for new policies and monitor adherence. Provide detailed guidance on general ledger coding for programs and incentives. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of relevant accounting experience. CPA preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and business operations. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/accounting system experience a plus. Why Lithia & Driveway?
