Intuit . Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you. What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and handling product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language. Work in a virtual, customer-facing environment using our video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken). Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities; committed to delightful, professional customer service and empowering clients to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need Must have (or be willing to obtain) internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation The position offers a pay range based on location, experience, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges vary by region (examples shown): Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50; Southern California $28.80 - $36.50; Colorado $27.50 - $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50; Illinois $27.50 - $34.80; Maryland $27.50 - $34.80; Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50; Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30; New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50; New York $28.80 - $36.50; Ohio $24.80 - $30.30; Vermont $27.50 - $34.80; Washington $28.80 - $36.50; Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50. This position may be eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits according to applicable plans. Pay is based on factors including job knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
