Summary and Responsibilities

The Finance Manager is responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and operational insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role oversees budgeting and forecasting, partners with department leaders on performance tracking, and builds financial models to guide key initiatives. The Finance Manager analyzes product-level profitability, SaaS metrics, and operational KPIs, delivers accurate and actionable management reports, and supports investor and board reporting. Additionally, the role focuses on enhancing financial systems, automating reporting, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving finance processes to enable scalability. Finance and Analytics Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Own budgeting and forecasting cycles for designated functions, including variance analysis and monthly reporting. Partner with department leaders to develop driver-based budgets and track performance against plan. Build and maintain dynamic financial models that support strategic decision-making. Operational Finance

Support product-level profitability analysis, pricing initiatives, and cost optimization. Analyze unit economics, SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin), and operational KPIs to inform leadership decisions. Assist in financial modeling for new initiatives such as Payments and Distribution Management Reporting

Deliver monthly management reporting packages with insights for executives and the Board. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of departmental reporting; proactively highlight risks and opportunities. Support preparation of investor and board materials. Process & Systems

Enhance financial systems, reporting automation, and data integrity in collaboration with Accounting and Business Systems. Support audit and compliance requirements as needed. Drive continuous improvement of finance processes to support scalability. Minimum Qualifications

5–8 years

of progressive experience in

FP&A, corporate finance,

or related roles -

SaaS

or technology company experience required - Investment banking or consulting experience required Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, and subscription business models. Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with

BI tools

(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus. Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with senior leaders and translate financial data into actionable insights. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced,

PE-backed

growth environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus. Diversity and Inclusion

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $110,000 to $130,000. The actual salary offer will consider multiple factors, including skills, experience, education, and location. Please note that the salary reflects the base amount only and does not include total compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and benefits.
