Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Financial Analyst & Strategic Support Associate to join our team. This role drives cost optimization initiatives, strengthens financial governance, and improves expense efficiency, while contributing to a range of dynamic activities across operations, governance, and executive support. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, and brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to day-to-day work.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operational teams to source and organize financial data. Perform cost analysis to identify trends and variances, supporting optimization opportunities and cost rationalization. Support development of recommendations for expense rationalization, focusing on cost reduction without compromising business performance. Support development and execution of disciplined governance frameworks for financial commitments. Create, maintain, and adjust reports and dashboards to communicate expense trends, risks, and optimization opportunities to leadership. Strategic & Operational Support: assist with initiative tracking, governance documentation, and other operational rhythms to drive clarity and execution. Contribute to ad hoc initiatives requiring analytical thinking, structured communication, or logistical coordination. Support preparation of executive-level materials (updates, presentations, talking points). Coordinate meetings, track follow-ups, and manage action items across cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, operations, or a similarly analytical environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for storytelling, and Word for documentation. Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking, with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High degree of discretion and professionalism; able to work independently and handle sensitive information. Impact-oriented with a bias to action and a willingness to pursue opportunities that lead to improvements.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $77,500 - $120,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual base salary will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in an incentive program.
