RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text. Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers. Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day. QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license BENEFITS
