ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent, you are responsible for providing Home & Auto Insurance quotes to prospective customers and conducting needs-based selling. ENTRY LEVEL POSITION:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text. Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers. Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs. Meet established marketing activities goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day. QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license. BENEFITS:
