Slalom . This is a leadership role in Slalom’s Global Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capability practice. You’ll lead and drive sales pursuits, expand our Financial Services Cloud footprint through client delivery, and cultivate client relationships within the Financial Services industry and its sub-verticals. This is a results-driven leadership position combining sales, client management, and delivery responsibilities with deep industry expertise and senior-level engagement. Who You’ll Work With

Director, Financial Services Cloud, Global Salesforce Practice Responsibilities

Support sales pursuits; act as a global leader to promote Pursuit Excellence throughout the deal cycle Partner with local market leadership, capability leaders, go-to-market and regional leaders to shape engagement approach and scope Determine sales strategy with regional market sales leadership Manage overall team utilization target (e.g., 76%) and contribute to proposal and statement of work development Drive deal structure decisions with sales solution leads; ensure due diligence (staffing, financials, risk management, contracts) Collaborate with Slalom’s Talent Acquisition to attract Salesforce talent Identify pursuit blockers/risks and escalate as needed; drive pursuits to closure and support contracting with regional/local leadership Business Development

Increase Financial Services Cloud footprint across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth/Asset Management Manage $15-20M+ annual footprint within the Financial Services Cloud capability Expand engagements beyond projects, nurturing opportunities to broaden client relationships Bridge pursuit and delivery teams to expand footprint in accounts with Salesforce and other capabilities Leverage ecosystem relationships to nurture leads and partnerships Client Engagement Management

Build and cultivate relationships with senior clients (director level and above) Share industry and product thought leadership with capability leadership Identify opportunities to help clients achieve business objectives Collaborate with in-market Accountable Executives and Client Partners to ensure customer success and satisfaction Delivery & Delivery Excellence

Deliver exceptional client outcomes; responsible for ≥60% individual utilization Lead client projects with 2-15+ consultants, bringing industry perspective to engagements Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to inform solution programs Provide delivery governance and oversee project quality Industry & Platform Expertise

10+ years’ Financial Services industry experience 10+ years’ consulting experience 3+ years leading Financial Services Cloud programs Awareness of industry best practices; broad understanding of Salesforce and the Financial Services ecosystem Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of account/delivery management experience Experience with banking clients and in a large consulting environment 3-5 years’ experience selling and delivering within Salesforce Financial Services ecosystem Sales and consulting experience in account leadership or customer success roles Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets of a similar size Strong leadership of teams through complex technology solution sales Passion for financial services and technology Track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes Strong relationship-building with senior customers (director level and above) Ability to partner with clients to understand needs and recommend value-driven solutions Excellent verbal and written communication; budget and project management experience Willingness to travel up to 30% About Us

The base salary range for this Director role is $186,000-$278,000, with potential annual discretionary bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
