Reporting to the SVP, Real Estate Services, this position is responsible for driving the success and satisfaction of our real estate agent network. This position oversees the full agent lifecycle, from onboarding and systems integration to ongoing performance development and agent engagement, ensuring agents are empowered with the tools, training, and support needed to excel in a competitive market. This role leverages real estate platforms like KVCore and BoldTrail to boost agent productivity and streamline operations. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison across departments and acts as the primary point of contact for agents, aligning their efforts with brokerage goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School Diploma/GED) required 3+ years’ experience in real estate operations, brokerage support, or agent success roles Proven ability to manage multiple agent needs in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, preferred Experience with CRM platforms such as KVCore, BoldTrail, or similar systems Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and other digital support tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment Ability to prioritize numerous tasks and manage shifting priorities Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation High level of precision with attention to detail and consistency Flexible, open to change, and able to learn new things quickly Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groups Submit Your Resume to Learn More Featured Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Disability Insurance Pet Insurance 401k Program with Employer Matching Paid Holidays Wellness Initiatives Employee Assistance Program Eligible for Hybrid Work Schedule with Remote Flex Days Compensation The hiring range for this position is between $57,000.00-$60,000.00 annually This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Fay Cares!
