The position requires collaboration across teams and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Responsibilities
Partner with the Global Delivery Professional Services team to develop and implement financial strategies. Support decision-making on investments, operational efficiency, and resource allocation. Prepare and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and analytics. Design dashboards and reports in Tableau for performance monitoring. Lead strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions. Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment. Minimum Requirements
BA/BS degree and 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields. Proficiency in accounting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience with process improvement and strategic projects. Strong data analysis and visualization skills, including Excel, Tableau, and Google Suite; SQL preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Details
