The Global Banking & Markets (GBM) team provides a full range of investment banking, credit, and risk management products and services. Purpose
Highly motivated and detail‑oriented Analyst on the U.S. Corporate Access team. Assist on all corporate access marketing activities, coordinate corporate management non‑deal roadshow schedules, manage logistics for client events, build and maintain close analyst relationships, and act as point of contact with sales, trading, research, management, internal partners, and external clients. What You’ll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate access events, including roadshows, conferences, analyst marketing, and ad‑hoc events. Provide logistical support to ensure efficient running of each corporate access initiative, arranging transportation, booking venues, coordinating presentation materials, and travel arrangements. Manage or back‑up corporate marketing scheduling and strategy and liaise directly with corporate management teams and investors. Work closely with Sales, Research, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets to execute non‑deal roadshows. Provide general assistance with all client‑related services, including corporate and analyst marketing, conferences, client events, and ad‑hoc situations. Maintain Global Equity contact management system. Develop understanding and assist with third‑party client databases and services (e.g., Salesforce, Tier1, MeetMax). Liaise with senior corporate management and investor relations to provide marketing intelligence and coordinate corporate access initiatives. Produce detailed analysis of shareholder information and comparative analysis to produce target lists of buy‑side investors for corporate access roadshows. Produce weekly Upcoming Functions document for global distribution and update marketing materials as required. Identify issues, elevate as required, and prepare reports on demand from various sources for management review. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business, Economics, or Finance. 1‑3 years of experience in the Financial Services or Management Consulting industry. Proven performance in a fast‑paced, team environment. Highly detailed and effective communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Adaptability and professionalism. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Database experience (MS Office, CRM, and database work). Knowledge of internal operations within the organization. Familiarity with other systems such as Thomson and Bloomberg is an asset. Previous experience in corporate access, investor relations, or related fields is an asset. Location
