Overview Infosys is seeking an experienced
Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
with strong leadership skills. The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes, translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders, and seek approvals. This role requires the ability to work in an on-shore/off-shore model, collaborating with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery, and driving automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX; Raleigh, NC; Hartford, CT; Phoenix, AZ; or Indianapolis, IN, or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. Travel in the US may be required.
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of Information Technology experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Core HR, recruitment, and talent management.
Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management; including discovery, business process re-engineering, requirements elicitation, configuration, and production deployments.
Has completed 2 or 3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Techno-functional or functional resource with a functional HCM domain background.

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of fast formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI.
Expertise in solution design, proof of concept (POC), and troubleshooting.
Experience in production support—app upgrades, incident & service request resolution, problem solving, and support for integrations (an added advantage).
Experience with enhancements/process improvements on Oracle HCM Cloud and advising clients on budgeting and planning best practices.
Ability to document business requirements and create solutions based on functional requirements, providing technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting).
Willingness to be part of a dynamic global delivery team delivering HR solutions and operational support, with potential to lead change.
Ability to identify functional design issues, suggest alternatives, and communicate status, risks, and issues to management.
Adherence to confidentiality requirements per operating policies; strong problem-solving skills for Oracle HCM Cloud issues.
Hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities; comfortable working in a global delivery model.
The job may entail sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and face to face.
