Job Description Infosys is seeking an Oracle EPM Techno‑functional Architect who will be driving a cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. This position should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle EPM Cloud SAAS platform—EPBCS, FCCS and ARCS. The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands‑on experience on at least 2‑3 EPM Cloud—EPBCS and FCCS, ARCS implementations. Candidates should have experience working in a global delivery model, particularly in Agile methodology. They should be capable of delivering high‑quality deliverables for a module and leading a team during design, build, integrations, testing, and support activities related to implementation. Candidates should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix, AZ, Richardson, TX, or Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to one of those areas. The position may require travel within the US.

6+ years of experience in design, modeling, implementation, development, and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products.

4‑5 years of end‑to‑end hands‑on experience implementing Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud, FCCS, and ARCS.

Strong functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting, especially with financial, workforce, and project modules.

End‑to‑end implementation experience with EPBCS—financials, workforce and project modules, close and consolidation, and account reconciliation.

Ability to analyze user stories and develop end‑to‑end solution design and functional design.

Experience in business process redesign or transformation.

Experience leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore.

Experience driving requirement gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and demos, and running pilots to showcase EPM products.

Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Hands‑on experience building application artifacts (configuring dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts, etc.).

Building data integrations and designing dashboards & reports.

Preferred Qualifications

End‑to‑end integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems such as ERP Finance, HR systems, etc.

Experience in a client‑facing role—conducting workshops/CRPs/user story clarification sessions.

Experience documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide, etc.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in onsite‑offshore models.

Capability to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Job Requirements The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
