Insurance Service Representative - Cedar Rapids, IA

Responsibilities
Perform retention calls, process applications, renewals, and amendments, resolve customer problems, and sell membership and financial products such as credit cards.
Provide price quotes on all insurance products, applying applicable rules, underwriting, business, and discount factors.
Take insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement).
Respond to customer inquiries, explain product features and Auto Club Group service advantages, and promote insurance, membership, and financial products.
Refer to the agency when appropriate and promote cross‑sale opportunities within the context of servicing policy changes.
Maintain accurate electronic member information, provide general agency support, and fulfil, maintain and service insurance policies.
Participate in outbound promotional and retention call activities, and support local community events that generate insurance revenue.
Qualifications
Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group membership products.
Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months of hire.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑level customer‑focused service, process insurance applications and payments, and promote sales of insurance products.
