Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, advising customers on loan options, processing and underwriting loans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include gathering and verifying financial information from clients, negotiating loan terms, and providing excellent customer service to guide clients through the loan process. The Mortgage Loan Officer will work closely with clients and lenders to facilitate a smooth loan approval and closing process.
Qualifications
Experience as a Loan Officer in the Mortgage Industry
Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and Underwriting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus
