Senior Home Lending Advisor - Spring TX at JPMorganChase. Join our Chase Home Lending team to apply your knowledge of home lending products as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, supported by the Home Lending team. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase's financial products. Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works with bankers, meets with their customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts and other programs. Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories, and operates within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships. Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking Knowledge of real estate market in local area Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment Licensing and Compliance
This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and other information relevant to determining financial responsibility, good character, and fitness for the position.
