Senior Home Lending Advisor - Spring TX - Rayford: Join our team at JPMorganChase. This role focuses on home lending products, acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products. Job Profile and Description: Join our fun, high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and apply your knowledge of home lending products to serve as the main customer contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The Home Lending team supports you with expertise in this area. You will grow your career while making an impact on our business. Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works with bankers, meets with their customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts such as direct mail, advertisements, cross-sell initiatives, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing activities. Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and performs within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships. Establishes themselves as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of customer financial needs and goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines Preferred Qualifications
FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, relationship-building, consulting skills Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment Compliance and Licensing
This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Offers are contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other factors to determine fitness for the position.
