Overview
Senior Care Advisor role at WelbeHealth. The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. The Senior Care Advisor helps assess PACE eligibility by fostering relationships with prospective participants, their family members, and their caregivers. A trusted telephonic resource, the Senior Care Advisor guides seniors who may qualify for the PACE program through the enrollment process with WelbeHealth. The role collaborates with market leaders, members of the clinical team, and others to support enrollment, including assisting with the Medi-Cal application process. Duties include answering inbound and follow-up calls and outbound calls to online leads. Responsibilities Display great patience, empathy, and build strong relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and outreach partners to support enrollment. Support inbound campaigns, educate prospective participants about PACE services and benefits, and identify underlying needs. Make outbound calls to prospective participants who have expressed interest (not cold calls). Effectively manage leads requiring follow-up and maintain high service levels on all inbound and outbound calls. Qualifications Associate’s Degree preferred; or two years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree. Minimum one year of experience in tele sales, customer service sales, Medicare or PACE sales preferred. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar). Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred; Medi-Cal knowledge preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $26.89–$35.50 hourly + Bonus + Equity.
