Associate Analyst Finance Accounting Rotation Mentorship

Overview

We are seeking an Associate Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting Rotation Mentorship (FARM) Program, starting immediately. If you are graduating soon or are a recent college graduate seeking experience to grow within a global company, this is a strong opportunity. In this integrative 18–24-month program, Associate Analysts work across iconic brands and rotate within accounting or finance teams for around 6 months (or more) at a time. They build accounting and finance skills to prepare for Analyst-level opportunities upon completion of the program. This position is based in West Los Angeles, CA. We operate on a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday–Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities
Perform month-end close activities including preparing and posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing variances, and drawing conclusions from data. Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and key performance indicators. Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets and long-range forecasts. Prepare financial and business-related analysis and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, working capital, and investments. Perform special projects and ad hoc requests such as supporting year-end audits, internal financial reporting, compliance initiatives, and tax filings. Identify improvement opportunities and best practices within business units to drive efficiency. Exposure to high-level executives, including preparation and presentation of management reports and sharing rotation experiences. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Coursework or applicable experience in Accounting and Finance Ability to start full-time work immediately Microsoft Excel experience preferred Building trust through truth, integrity, and accountability Self-starter mentality and initiative; curiosity for learning and continuous improvement Adaptability to new situations and environments Focus on personal and professional growth and the growth of others Resilience and ability to learn from challenging situations Collaborates across the organization with inclusivity Delivers results with an entrepreneurial, bold, and nimble mindset; oriented toward innovative and efficient outcomes Interest in becoming licensed as a CPA (preferred for accounting track) Pay Range: $32.50/hour.
