Overview The Wonderful Company is seeking an Associate Analyst to join the Finance and Accounting Rotation Mentorship (FARM) Program. This 18–24-month integrative program offers rotation across brands (e.g., Wonderful Pistachios, FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Justin Vineyards & Winery, Teleflora) with six-month rotations in accounting or finance teams. The role is based in West Los Angeles, CA with a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday–Wednesday; remote Thursday–Friday).
Responsibilities
Perform month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing variances, and drawing conclusions from data.
Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and KPIs.
Assist with consolidation budgets and long-range forecasts.
Prepare financial and business analyses in areas such as financial performance, working capital, and investments.
Support special projects and ad hoc requests (e.g., year-end audit, internal reporting, compliance initiatives, tax filings).
Identify improvement opportunities and best practices within business units to drive efficiency.
Prepare and present management reports and share rotation experiences with senior leadership.
Qualifications
Available to start full-time in February or July 2026 (based on graduation date).
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution by start date.
Coursework or applicable experience in Accounting and Finance.
Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
Strong integrity, accountability, and collaborative mindset.
Self-starter, curiosity for learning, and initiative.
Adaptable to new situations; committed to personal and team development.
Inclusive teamwork and ability to deliver results with entrepreneurial spirit.
An interest in CPA licensure (preferred for accounting track).
Pay Range:
$32.50/hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills and experience.
