Own the Sales Process
• Guide clients from first contact through closing with precision and care, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience. Be the Local Market Expert
• Leverage deep knowledge of neighborhoods and communities to match clients with the right properties — and provide insights that build trust. Generate and Grow Your Pipeline
• Prospect consistently, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into closed deals within your designated territory. Deliver White-Glove Service
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding expectations and becoming each client’s go-to real estate advisor — not just for one transaction, but for life. Follow Up Like a Pro
• Stay top of mind with consistent, strategic outreach that moves leads from conversation to conversion. Qualifications
Some Sales Experience Preferred, Drive Required
• Previous real estate or sales experience is a big plus, but passion, hunger, and a winning mindset are non-negotiable. Exceptional Communicator
• You know how to listen deeply, speak clearly, and build authentic relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business. You treat customers like family, with integrity and excellence. Self-Starter with Strong Follow-Through
