Is a resource for the use of the staffing/scheduling software system to ensure accuracy of the database and development of staff scheduling.High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).Minimum of 2 years of experience working with personal computers, computer applications (databases, spreadsheets, word processing), preferably in a hospital/health care environment.Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with management and other hospital staff.Requires ability to be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and excellent organizational skills in order to maintain records and prioritize work necessary to meet required deadlines.Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and problem solve difficult scheduling issues.Ability to act independently, under minimal supervision.Adaptable to a changing environment and growing team.
