**Job Description Summary:****Job Description:****Location(s) Hiring For:*** Alexandria, LA**What You’ll Do*** Supervise and coordinate daily activities of an aerial crew.* Oversee the installation, splicing, and maintenance of aerial fiber optic and coaxial cables.* Interpret construction prints, work orders, and job specifications.* Conduct site safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.* Operate aerial equipment such as bucket trucks, lashers, and hand/power tools.* Identify and troubleshoot aerial network issues to ensure timely resolution.* Communicate project status with supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors.* Verify proper permits and right-of-way access before starting work.* Train and mentor groundmen and linemen on safe, effective construction practices.* Ensure all work sites are restored to their original condition.* Participate in on-call rotation schedules as needed to support after-hours service or emergency response.**What You’ll Bring*** High school diploma or GED.* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL preferred).* 3+ years of experience in aerial telecommunications construction, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.* Knowledge of aerial construction techniques, hardware, and standards (NESC, OSHA).* Ability to read and interpret utility prints, schematics, and pole-loading data.* Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and mentor crew members.* Basic computer skills for reporting and email correspondence.* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, travel to project sites as needed, and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights up to 40 feet.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience working for a telecommunications construction contractor or service provider.* Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, Aerial Line Construction).* Experience with GIS-based data collection and digital job tracking systems.* Familiarity with rural broadband or challenging terrain projects.**Why Join Us**At TriTechne, you’ll help deliver reliable connectivity that powers homes, businesses, and communities.
