**Job Description Summary:**The Supervisor, Construction is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities across aerial and underground telecommunications projects. This role oversees field crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.**Job Description:****Locations(s) Hiring For:*** Central Texas* Waco, TX* Temple, TX* Austin, TX* Killeen, TXKey Responsibilities:* Supervise on-site construction activities, including crew coordination and work scheduling.* Ensure construction work complies with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.* Conduct daily job briefings and enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE).* Monitor productivity, material usage, and quality of workmanship.* Communicate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues or delays.* Document daily progress, labor hours, incidents, and materials used.* Inspect completed work for compliance with specifications and local codes.Physical Requirements:* Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and wind.* Ability to climb utility poles and ladders up to 40 feet using proper fall protection equipment.* Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.* Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier loads with assistance.* Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools, handle small components, and complete fine motor tasks.* Visual acuity required to read blueprints, operate machinery, and perform detailed work.* Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and communication in noisy work environments.* Must be able to wear and work in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vests, and climbing gear.* Ability to drive and operate company vehicles and trailers, with or without towing, as required.* Extended periods of driving and working in elevated positions may be necessary.* May be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods depending on the nature of the worksite and duties.Working Conditions:* Outdoor work in various weather conditions.* Regular regional travel between job sites.* Frequent walking, climbing, standing, kneeling, and bending in active job sites.Minimum Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.* 4+ years of experience in telecommunications construction with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.* Knowledge of OSP construction methods, safety standards, and utility coordination.* Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.Preferred Experience:* Valid CDL License* OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.* Experience with both aerial and underground fiber installation.* Proficiency with digital project tracking tools.**How We Work – TriTechne’s Core Values*** **Integrity**: We uphold the highest standards of honesty and transparency in all of our actions and communications.* **Accountability**: We commit to results and exceptional quality in our work and fully embrace accountability to our team and to our goals.* **Respect**: We foster an environment of mutual respect, support, and encouragement, recognizing the value of every individual.* **Coachability**: We are committed to growth and self-directed learning, actively seeking and openly welcoming feedback on our performance and our decision-making.* **Teamwork**: We believe in the power of collaboration, leveraging our collective strengths to surpass individual capabilities in order to achieve shared objectives.**Benefits**TriTechne offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees.
