IT Analyst. This DATA Analyst I, SAP Finance & Controlling position is responsible for leading the effort to understand the AGCO business needs and identify how best to meet those needs. These responsibilities include providing support for project work, ongoing day-to-day operational needs like data migration and performing data analysis. It reports to the team lead for this functional area. Your Impact

Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design (FD), configuration testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs; ensure functional designs are executed as a viable solution to the business concept; ensuring module solution aligns and is compatible with overall architecture. Assist with data migration and enhancement requests (costs, benefits, resources). Develop and keep updated, functional design documents and testing scripts ensuring scripts are aligned with current system design and business practices. Configure, Load, test and train during SAP projects following the AGCO methodology Plan, prepare and execute unit, integration and support user acceptance testing. Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, around 5 years of experience as DATA analyst in FICO. 2 completed full lifecycle SAP implementation projects with one full implementation of S/4 Hana Public cloud. Understanding of data structure of SAP and other legacy systems like JDE, BAAN etc.: FI-AA, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-GL, CO-CCA, CO-PC & CO-PA Ability to understand the breadth and depth of the deliverable and how the solution fits into the larger picture across technology platforms and business processes. Ability to learn and adapt to AGCO current FICO solutions and develop future solutions. Our Commitment
