The Global Process Lead Product Change Management Manufacturing is responsible for defining and implementing the change management process within Manufacturing in AGCO. This role initially defines the CIB (Change Implementation Board) processes for several global AGCO product lines and thereafter ensures that the process will be implemented at the different sites. The role also communicates with other functions involved in the product change management process, such as Engineering, purchasing, etc. This is a global role that requires some flexibility with work hours to adjust to different time zones.
Your Impact
Collect and share change management best practice activities in different manufacturing sites
Responsible for governing a close loop change process (e.g., CRB, CIB, etc.) for global products
Responsible for creating and maintaining change process documentation for AGCO product change process
Introduction of change management processes pilots (proof of concept) in different product families and manufacturing sites
Definition and holding of global change management training
Your Experience and Qualifications
Experience in product change management process
Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex environment
CM2 certification is a plus
