Oversee planning, budgeting, and upgrades for properties within the Renovations & Construction team based in Ramsey, NJ. Monitor projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and asset management. Ensure project milestones are met and notify management of delays. This position is entry level. Requirements
