Software Product Sales Manager who has a strong background in software sales, particularly within the financial services sector. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—and require a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its challenges. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our software solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment on offerings and market needs. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotes to potential clients. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Leverage industry knowledge to position our solutions as essential tools for client success. Demonstrate deep understanding of our solution set and market opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree or related years of experience. Proven experience in software sales, preferably within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of financial institutions and their operational challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location:
Remote Compensation Range : $99,000-149,000 Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees and temporary employees have pro-rated sick leave and 401(k) eligibility.
