Greenspace is seeking a results-oriented Trade Show Exhibit Sales Specialist to own our trade show strategy—driving both physical booth performance and digital engagement to maximize ROI. This role sits at the intersection of trade marketing and demand, with a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. Your Impact & Responsibilities
Strategize & Plan for Success Partner with leadership to select the most profitable in-person trade shows and events. Set clear, measurable goals for lead , meetings, pipeline growth, and online demand for each event. Diligently manage budgets with a laser focus on ROI. Collaborate with leadership to deploy pre-show campaigns that drive traffic to both the live booth and digital channels. Execute & Drive Sales On-Site Lead on-site marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across in-person and virtual touchpoints. Serve as a brand ambassador on the show floor, actively engaging visitors, gathering and qualifying leads, and guiding potential customers through our sales process. Capture every lead accurately in CRM and ensure synchronization between in-person and digital capture. Convert Qualified Marketing Leads to Qualified Sales Leads through pitch, messaging, and lead capture processes. Analyze, Report & Fuel the Pipeline Distribute MQL to the operations team promptly for rapid follow-up, with clear communication for sales alignment. Measure event performance using sales lead pipeline generated, win rate, and ROI; report findings to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to optimize future event strategies. What You\'ll Bring (Qualifications)
MUST have experience in TRADE SHOW environments . 2+ years of experience in event coordination, ideally with trade shows or hybrid events. Demonstrated track record supporting sales goals and understanding the sales funnel. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead management and pipeline visibility. Strong project management and organizational skills, including budget and timeline management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with potential clients in person and virtually. Ability to travel up to 30-40% for live events, with flexibility for virtual engagement as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
