What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary interface to product support for customers
Provide first-level response to customer inquiries within contractual SLA requirements
Assist field service technicians with troubleshooting and part number lookups via phone support
Document all troubleshooting actions and recommendations in the CRM system in a timely manner
Participate in on-call support rotation for after-hours and weekend assistance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Current U.S. Citizen with valid U.S. Passport by hire date
AS degree or equivalent experience in electronics or related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in field service environments
Ability to pass criminal background check, drug test, and extensive credit check
Excellent customer service skills and physical capability to handle equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn specialized software
Previous field electrical assembly experience
Experience with software integration for electric/mechanical equipment
At least 2 years’ experience working on employer's SES equipment
