Provide technical support by logging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer cases related to ServiceMax products Communicate effectively with customers to advocate for their needs and provide timely updates on case status Collaborate with functional teams to implement software updates and address service requests Manage customer relationships and assist in new business development activities Create and review Knowledge articles for documented solutions to customer issues Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in providing technical product support solutions for customers 3-5 years of Information Technology experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must have experience with Salesforce.com CRM product Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adjust work schedule for extended hours and weekends Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience Experience with Salesforce Application/ServiceMax products Knowledge of technologies supporting SaaS applications, including XML, Web Services, HTML, Java, and JavaScript Salesforce Administration certification (ADM201 or ADX201) Experience with mobile applications interfacing with SaaS applications #SoftwareSolutions #TechnicalSupport #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #InclusiveWorkplace We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
