$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr Job Summary:
Driving:
This position requires driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery. Interview Type:
Virtual initially, then in-person for final candidate selection. You will be responsible for checking Service Now Tickets and answering phone calls to respond to service requests and printer supply deliveries on a daily basis. Looking for someone with prior experience working with printers and some network/IT knowledge. This role involves working with Ricoh printers, including moving desktop printers and delivering toner and other consumables throughout a hospital system and remote clinics. Requires lots of walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. Driving a personal vehicle to remote locations is required. Parking is free. Key Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent); additional education preferred. IT Help Desk support experience (application & hardware support). Technical training and certifications, including client certifications. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills. Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers and company products. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands:
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels. Requires internal contact within the department and with other corporate personnel, as well as external contact with customers, agencies, vendors, etc. Work assignments are diversified and may involve resolving problems based on past precedents or developing new solutions. Modest physical effort is required, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying objects weighing less than 20 lbs. Requires moderate dexterity for tasks involving calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination. Seniority level
