Driving:
This position requires driving a personal vehicle for service call visits and toner/supplies delivery.
Interview Type:
Virtual initially, then in-person for final candidate selection.
Responsibilities:
Checking Service Now Tickets, answering phone calls to respond to service requests and printer supply deliveries daily.
Qualifications:
Experience with printers, some network/IT knowledge preferred.
Work Environment:
Working with Ricoh printers, moving desktop printers, delivering toner and consumables across a hospital system including remote clinics.
Physical Requirements:
Extensive walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Transportation:
Driving a personal vehicle to remote locations is required. Parking is free.
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
IT Help Desk support experience (application & hardware support).
Technical training and certifications, including client certifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills.
Good project management and prioritization skills.
Strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers and products.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
Typically office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
Internal and external contacts with customers, vendors, and personnel.
Work involves walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting objects less than 20 lbs., and moderate dexterity.
