We’re looking for a highly organized and friendly Office Administrator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support daily operations, keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties including greeting guests, answering phones, and monitoring the company email box. Provide administrative support for the business. Handle invoice reconciliation. Maintain office supplies and equipment; coordinate repairs and orders as needed. Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning when needed Ensure the office is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols Qualifications

2+ years experience in office administration, administrative assistant, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred Seniority level
