Responsibilities Build strong relationships with clients, other agents, and vendors to keep deals moving. Prep, organize, and review offers/addenda/disclosures so closings stay on track. Run efficient showings and host open houses. Give clear advice on pricing, contingencies, inspections, and timelines. Share timely updates and set expectations so clients always know what’s next. Own your pipeline in our CRM. Qualifications Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license (or willing to get it). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Organized. Proactive communication. Self-starter who thrives on a team. Coachable and adaptable; comfortable with systems and tech (CRM, MLS, ZipForms). Sales/negotiation or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required). Positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Competitive, driven, and never satisfied with “good enough”.
