Key Responsibilities:
Create well-researched and high-quality technical blogs, articles, social media content, whitepapers, case studies, and website content for products and services.
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and understandable content for varied audiences.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to gather technical insights and ensure content accuracy.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize content creation workflows.
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals and trends.
Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand tone.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical content writer or similar role. Language Proficiency:
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT, software development, cloud computing, and related technical domains. Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly) to accelerate content creation. Creative Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging narratives around technical topics. Research Skills: Exceptional ability to gather data and insights to create accurate and authoritative content. SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with on-page SEO and keyword optimization to improve content visibility. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of trending technologies and industry best practices.
