Are you ready to advance your investment career? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Fund Manager to join our Liquidity Management team. This role offers the chance to work with experienced professionals, contribute to strategic fund decisions, and grow within a supportive environment. Support the development and execution of money market fund strategies across Euros, Sterling, and US Dollars. Monitor and manage liquidity funds in compliance with internal, regulatory, and rating agency standards. Build and maintain relationships with trading counterparties and fund administrators. Develop a deep understanding of the money market fund industry and its evolving practices. Assist in preparing and delivering client pitches and fund reviews. Collaborate with senior fund managers on portfolio management and investments. Engage with global trading and liquidity initiatives. Contribute to operational and investment process improvements. Proven experience in asset management, banking, treasury, or related fields. Progress towards professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA is desirable. Methodical with strong awareness of investment and operational risks. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills. Collaborative yet independent working approach. Client-focused with a commitment to high-quality outcomes. Proactive with a strong work ethic.
